Self-acceptance feels so good, everyone should try it at least once in his or her lifetime. When you do this, you will experience a miracle. The miracle is that your life will start to improve more than before. Why is that? For a start, when you accept yourself, you no longer reject yourself, judge yourself, belittle yourself, or negate yourself, for example. Moreover, self-acceptance activates the law of attraction.
Three simple words, “I am worthy”. But so challenging for most of us to SPEAK and to acknowledge. Owning our self-worth, however, is the only way to tap into, AWAKEN and activate our spiritual power.
Without recognition that we were made in the image and likeness of the Divine — and are therefore worthy of all that God is — we cannot be a reflection of God’s Light and Love here on earth. We also cannot expect others to acknowledge in us what we cannot embrace.

When the love comes from somebody else, we can feel it and it’s nice, but when we feel our own love, it is the best thing that can happen to us. We live in heaven; we live in bliss. ~ don Miguel Ruiz
I am so grateful this morning to know authentically and for myself the truth of don Miguel’s words! And I declare and affirm that I absolutely, positively love myself. All of me. Wow. That does feel good!
Although receiving love from others through their words, actions, loyalty, forgiveness, compassion and grace is heavenly, we enjoy true heaven on earth when we feel our own love from the inside out in all of those same ways.
“The best way to say, ‘I love you God,’ is to live your life doing your best.”

Life’s big picture is sometimes so overwhelming, especially when we receive difficult news or are in the midst of a challenging time or circumstance. Sometimes awful things happen to amazing people.
“Things come together; things fall apart.” Pema Chodron
In the midst of complexities and complications hold fast to this essential truth: Life isn’t about doing everything only the next thing in the present moment. The whole of your life is present in this moment. There is nothing more. The past is gone and the future hasn’t happened yet. Now is everything. Now is the only thing. Now is all there is.
What can you do right now to live your best life? The answer is different for everyone but sometimes the next best thing is to stop, breathe and affirm with gratitude your very existence. Remember, there are no mistakes only new information.
In the present moment is where your best life awaits; in the present moment is where we experience the fullness of the Divine.
The best expression of God’s love is in living your best life; the life planned just for you!
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
