“Cultivate wisdom. You don’t need to accumulate knowledge to become wise; anyone can become wise. When you become wise, you respect your body, you respect your mind, and you respect your soul. When you become wise, your life is controlled by your heart, not your head.”

Web Wisdom: The best way to say “I love you God” …

“The best way to say, ‘I love you God,’ is to live your life doing your best.”

Life’s big picture is sometimes so overwhelming, especially when we receive difficult news or are in the midst of a challenging time or circumstance. Sometimes awful things happen to amazing people.

“Things come together; things fall apart.” Pema Chodron

In the midst of complexities and complications hold fast to this essential truth: Life isn’t about doing everything only the next thing in the present moment. The whole of your life is present in this moment. There is nothing more. The past is gone and the future hasn’t happened yet. Now is everything. Now is the only thing. Now is all there is.

What can you do right now to live your best life? The answer is different for everyone but sometimes the next best thing is to stop, breathe and affirm with gratitude your very existence. Remember, there are no mistakes only new information.

In the present moment is where your best life awaits; in the present moment is where we experience the fullness of the Divine.

The best expression of God’s love is in living your best life; the life planned just for you!

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

Be well & wise,
