Recently I re-watched (read: experienced) the Super Soul Sunday conversation between Eckhart Tolle and Oprah Winfrey … the power resides in the Now. Athletes know this as being in “the zone”. Any focus on the past (what has already occurred) or the future (what I hope for that has not yet occurred — and may never occur) takes your full attention away from the present moment; the place where divine power dwells.
The present (aka the “NOW”) is the only moment that ever is.
